What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Interac Online payments through our secure online checkout.

 

Where can you ship to?

Currently, we are only shipping to Ontario addresses.

 

What are the shipping costs?

We have flat rate shipping per case. 1-12 jars are only $10 to any mailing address in Ontario. If possible, kindly use a business shipping address. This will enable us to keep our shipping and handling costs at reasonable prices.

 

How long does shipping take?

We process and ship our orders within 2 business days – expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

 

What if a jar is damaged in shipping?

We are expert packers, but should a package arrive with damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. Our shipping company might want to inspect the package and product, please do not discard before it has been documented or inspected. If you believe a package to be damaged, please be mindful and cautious of broken glass.
